A mind-teasing game for two players.
Average playing time: 10 minutes.
Equipment: 1 board, 12 stackable counters.

Position of the counters at the start of the game.

Aim of the game
To controll all the counters, i.e. to succeed in placing a piece (a counter) of your colour on top of each stack.

Rules of the game
• Players take turns to make a move.

• Moves: counters are moved in all directions, but never diagonally, as many squares as the number of counters taken.

Example: if I take one counter, I put it down one square farther.
If I take 2, I put the two of them down, one on top of the other, 2 spaces farther.
If I take 3 (the maximum allowed), I put the three of them down, all together, 3 cases farther.
• Moves may follow bends.

• A stack belongs to the player who owns the top piece; it may only be moved or “broken” by him.

• You may take three counters at the most from a stack. The counters underneath may belong to the other player.

• There is no limit to the height of stacks.

• Occupied squares do not prevent pieces from passing.
